In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house / back house areas ensuring our guest satisfaction is to the highest standard through supporting and working with our company procedures & policies.

In this position you will report to the Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper and directly supervise shifts in allocated areas.
