Chef De Partie (Arabic Speaker)

  • **Levantine Cuisine**
  • to join our culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
  • Suitable candidate will report directly to the Chef De Cuisine of the restaurant.
  • He/She must have at least 1–2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality environment.
  • A strong background and hands-on experience in Levantine cuisine is essential.
  • The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, demonstrate flexibility, and be able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.
