Overview
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the medical centre (clinical and non-clinical).
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in patient areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping-related requirements promptly.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations and internal policies.
- Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take immediate corrective action.
- Ensure proper waste management, including medical and general waste segregation as per guidelines.
