Job Summary

Housekeeping Operations

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure all cinema auditoriums, common areas, washrooms, offices, corridors, stairways, and staff facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of all facilities and identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
• Ensure cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and maintenance checklists are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor cleanliness before, during, and after operating hours.

Team Management

• Assign daily duties and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety practices, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
• Assist in onboarding and coaching new housekeeping employees.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained across all operational shifts.

Hygiene & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with company cleanliness standards and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in washrooms, food service areas, guest lounges, and public spaces.
• Conduct regular quality audits and take corrective action where required.
• Respond promptly to cleanliness-related guest complaints and implement solutions.

Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor housekeeping inventory, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain stock levels and submit replenishment requests as required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely and correctly.
• Minimize waste and control housekeeping-related expenses.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report any hazards, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support emergency procedures and incident reporting when required.

Coordination with Other Departments

• Work closely with Operations, Cinema Management, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations teams to ensure all guest areas remain presentable and operational.
• Coordinate cleaning activities around movie schedules, events, VIP screenings, and special functions.

& Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, cinema, retail, or leisure environments.
• Experience managing cleaning teams and schedules.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
