Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping team operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and hotel-standard compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing feedback and support.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Handle housekeeping guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage housekeeping logistics, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is required.
• At least two years of housekeeping supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts is required.
• Opera PMS or HotLync proficiency is an advantage.
