Overview
We are a premium property care company managing holiday homes and residences across Dubai to a hotel standard.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our daily housekeeping turnover and ensure every property is guest-ready, to standard, and on time.
Key res**ponsibilities**
Plan and confirm the daily schedule and team assignments
Ensure teams depart on time each morning, fully prepared and supplied
Monitor teams throughout the day, track arrival times and re-route as required
Inspect and release each property to a high standard before check-in
Manage client and guest communication professionally
Ensure each job is completed, reported and photographed by end of day
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in operations, hospitality, housekeeping or facilities coordination
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and composed under pressure
- Strong spoken and written English
- Based in Dubai
Advantageous
- A valid UAE driving licence

- AED 4,000–4,500 per month — a fixed monthly cash salary
