Head of Housekeeping

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily housekeeping schedules and team allocations
• Coordinate and follow up with housekeeping teams working across multiple locations
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure company standards are consistently maintained
• Support the onboarding, coaching, and training of housekeeping staff
• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and internal teams
• Manage guest requests and provide concierge-related support when required
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and escalate matters when necessary
• Monitor task completion, reporting, and overall service quality
• Maintain a clear overview of daily operations and workforce performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, hospitality operations, guest relations, or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using mobile applications and operational systems
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
