Duties & Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and train housekeeping staff.
Assign tasks and schedules.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections of indoor areas (rooms, lounges, bathrooms, kitchen and storage areas) and outdoor areas (gardens, walkways, roads and pavements).
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Identify and report maintenance issues, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems.
Coordinate with maintenance/Engineering teams to address repairs and replacements.
