Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to effectively implementing and managing a facility management program.
- Performance manage, develop and train staff.
- Assist to plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Oversee environmental health and safety.
- Assure security of the facility.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
- Inspection of trash removal and dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning of the facility.
Required experience
Housekeeping Supervisor: 1 - 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
High school or equivalent
Required language
Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish
