We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites.
This role requires hands-on supervision , site visits, and client coordination to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews
- Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
- Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
- Record attendance and work reports, ensure timely staff deployment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
- Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
- Flexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts
