Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms and bathrooms, arrange guest belongings, and replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Carry out scheduled room cleaning and clean assigned corridors, staircases, windows, pantries, elevators, and public areas.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and coordinate collection of laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing.
• Inspect rooms and facilities; report damage, missing items, suspicious behavior, and maintenance issues.
• Do not release rooms with maintenance faults and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Clean and store equipment, keep pantries organized, and restock trolleys and pantries for the next day.
• Follow safety, environmental, guest-room access, and master-key procedures.
• Attend briefings and training; collect and return section keys and room reports.
• May be assigned to laundry, runner duties, or public areas.

Desired skills and experience

• At least two years of room-attendant experience in a hotel or as casual staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the team.
• Able to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
