Role overview
Supports the venue’s day-to-day financial operations, accurate records, timely reporting, and control of income and expenses.
Key responsibilities
- Record and review daily financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, expense reports, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and payment transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records.
- Support audits and ensure finance procedures follow company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments on budgets, costs, and financial documentation.
Qualifications and experience
- Saudi nationality is stated in the source; excluded as a candidate requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous finance or accounting experience; hospitality or leisure experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
