Role information

Housekeeper position in the Housekeeping and Laundry category.

What you will do

  • Replace guest amenities and room supplies; make beds and fold sheets.
  • Remove trash, soiled linens, and room-service items.
  • Greet guests and respond to their requests.
  • Arrange desk items, furniture, and appliances; dust and polish surfaces and remove marks from walls and furniture.
  • Vacuum carpets and clean floors.

What the role requires

  • A friendly, people-oriented manner, a team-first attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg) and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and clean uniform.
  • Complete safety training and certification before employment.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.

Desirable qualifications

  • A secondary school diploma or GED is desirable.
  • No license or certification is listed as required.
