Job Opportunity: Senior Architectural Engineer / Immediate Joining Required

HYKAL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to lead the design and supervision of large-scale, high-profile developments, including five-star hotel projects & High Rise Building.

This role requires strong design leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex architectural scopes from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee architectural design and supervision for mega and complex projects, including Five-star hotel projects & High Rise Building.
  • Manage full project lifecycle from concept design to construction supervision (Design & Build projects).
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, infrastructure) to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Lead master planning, urban design, and landscape integration.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
  • Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.
  • Supervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design intent.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to architectural teams.

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in mega projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in
  • Five-star hotel projects & High Rise Building

  • Strong background in design and supervision of Design & Build projects.
  • Certified and attested experience records are required.
  • Advanced proficiency in architectural design and modeling software, including:
  • AutoCAD, Revit, BIM (3D Modeling), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and rendering tools.
  • Strong expertise in master planning, softscape, and landscape development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Valid Saudi Iqama and driving license.
