Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Hot Section Chef** to join our growing steakhouse team in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong knowledge of grilling, meat preparation, and hot section operations, and be comfortable with the salary range offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook steaks and hot section menu items to high-quality standards
- Manage the grill station ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with kitchen inventory
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Follow recipes, portion control, and restaurant standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hot Section Chef or Grill Chef, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of meat cuts, cooking temperatures, and grilling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to relocate or travel daily to Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
- **Only candidates with relevant experience who accept the offered salary (AED 3,000 – 3,500) will be considered**
- **Immediate joiners preferred**
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
