Hostess – Real Estate Company

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE

• **Salary:** AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month (based on experience)
• ***Burtville Development*** is seeking a professional and welcoming **Hostess** to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective buyers.
• The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive, high-quality client experience. **Candidates with international experience, exposure to multicultural environments, or a background in European or international hospitality standards will have a distinct advantage.**
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide basic information about properties, services, and company offerings
• Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments
• Assist during property showings (project launching) and open houses, ensuring a smooth experience
• Handle calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Support the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups
• Assist in organizing company events and property launches
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area
• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas.
• ***Requirements***
• International experience /exposure to multicultural environments or Candidates with experience in European or international hospitality is an advantage
• Proven work experience as a Hostess or similar role.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or real estate preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required
• Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
