Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.

Trump International Golf Club is looking for Hostess to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

The Hostess is the first point of contact for members and guests dining at the golf club. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements to support a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. As a representative of the club’s hospitality, the Hostess must maintain a polished and professional demeanour at all times.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Reception:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, or club amenities as needed.

Reservation & Table Management:

• Manage reservations using the club’s booking system.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate expected wait times.
• Coordinate table turnover to maximize dining room efficiency, especially during busy periods or events.

Service Coordination:

• Communicate guest seating and flow updates to servers and management.
• Monitor dining room and patio capacities and support pacing of incoming parties.
• Assist with guest special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessible seating, and large parties).

Guest Experience:

• Provide members with personalized service and attention to club standards.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints gracefully and escalate as needed.

Ensure the entrance, reception area, and hostess stand are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times .\

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance in line with club standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of club culture and expectations is an asset

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club activities and events.
• Regularly includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional hours may be necessary during peak golf season or large events.
• Indoor dining facilities, club lounge, patio/terrace areas, and event spaces.
• Occasional outdoor work during tournaments or patio service.
• High-end, member-focused hospitality setting with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Calm, friendly demeanour with a high level of professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software is a plus
