Join the luxury retail world at Printemps Doha and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium dining and retail environment.
We are looking for a Hostess who is passionate about customer service, hospitality, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Organize seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient table turnover.
- Handle waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize seating and guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
- 📍 Willing to relocate to company accommodation
- 📌 Available for immediate joining
- 📌 Must have NOC for transfer
