Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury retail buying, specifically within the Women's Bags, Accessories, or Jewelry categories.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing buying strategies that drive sales and profitability.
- Established relationships with luxury brands and suppliers.
- Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, including trends, designers, and consumer behavior.
