Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for guests and support a positive dining experience from arrival through departure.
Welcome guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort them to dining, bar, and lounge areas.

Guest Relations
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
- Maintain a positive and polite attitude, including under pressure.
Reservations and Seating
- Manage and confirm reservations using the restaurant reservation system.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods.
- Coordinate table rotation to balance sections and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate special requests, large parties, and VIP arrivals to the serving team.
Service Support
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the menu, reservations, and special events.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and smooth service.
- Keep the hostess stand and entrance area clean and organized.
- Support other team members during peak hours.
Lounge Support
- Welcome lounge guests and ensure they are comfortably seated, when applicable.
- Coordinate with bar and lounge staff regarding guest requests and preferences, when applicable.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the visit, when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is required.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Professional grooming and presentation are required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude is required.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
