InterContinental Doha The City is seeking a Jr. Hostess / F&B Team Member to provide professional service and make restaurant visits memorable.
Guest and food service
- Perform food and beverage service tasks according to the hotel's performance standards.
- Greet and seat customers and serve them professionally, discreetly, and personally.
- Build menu knowledge to assist guests and provide advice.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and respond to customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain outlet hygiene, cleanliness, and service equipment.
- Complete service preparations before, during, and after service.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Service expectations
- Provide professional, personalized guest service and practice good customer relations.
- Follow hotel service standards and maintain outlet hygiene and cleanliness.
