The Role
Create a welcoming arrival experience for guests at LaFamiglia in Dubai Sports City.
Work with restaurant management and service teams to organise reservations and seating flow.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, enquiries, and special requests.
- Coordinate seating with the floor team.
- Handle telephone and online enquiries.
- Keep guest preferences and reservation notes up to date.
- Communicate waiting times and assist during busy periods.
- Support families, larger groups, and special occasions.
About You
- At least two years of experience as a hostess or in restaurant guest relations is required.
- Experience in fine dining or premium full-service restaurants is required.
- Confident English communication and reservation-system skills are required.
- Additional languages are welcome.
- The role requires composure when several guests need attention at once.
