The role works closely with restaurant management to organize shifts and provide guests with personal attention.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, manage an assigned section, and support the wider team.
- Coordinate service with the kitchen, bar, and reception.
- Guide and develop waiters and runners through briefings and practical coaching.
- Make menu recommendations and communicate dietary requirements carefully.
- Handle guest feedback with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain service standards, accurate orders, and smooth billing.
About you
- Experience in fine dining or premium full-service restaurants.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, or similar floor leader.
- Confident English and strong service knowledge.
- Calm, approachable leadership style and pride in caring for guests and colleagues.
