Role overview

Guest service and dining duties

• Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and attend to guests' needs in the dining area.
• Ensure orders are included in bills and deliver food to guests.
• Check that kitchen orders are correct and presentable.
• Follow health code standards for food handling.
• Restock cups, roll silverware, pre-bus and wipe tables, and remove debris.

Cashiering and shift duties

• Open and close bills, handle petty cash, manage daily expense invoices, and hand over sales and cash at day's end.
• Some servers may assign shift work and lead dining room service.

Requirements

• Experience as a hostess.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Pay

• AED 4,000–4,500 per month, all inclusive.

Work schedule

• Workday is 9 hours.
• Applicants must be able to join immediately.

• Work is in person.
