  • UAE work experience as a Captain Waiter.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take orders, and attend to dining-area needs.
  • Ensure orders are included in bills; open and close bills and perform cashiering.
  • Handle petty cash, daily expense invoices, and end-of-day sales and cash handover.
  • Deliver food and check order accuracy and presentation.
  • Follow food-handling health-code standards and perform service-station, silverware, and table-cleaning duties.
  • May assign work to servers and lead dining-room shifts.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 4,000–4,500 per month, depending on restaurant experience, plus tips.
  • The package is described as all-in.
