• Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the image of the restaurant.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Be courteous, friendly, and have a pleasant demeanor.
• Able to work in a high traffic volume restaurant environment.
• Demonstrable customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (via radio and in-person).
• Ability to be punctually and present for schedule shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining areas.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
• Good physical condition to be able to walk and stand during an entire shift.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Follow Management and leadership instructions.
• Report to work in a complete required uniform.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry and wipe.
• Obtain Texas Food Handlers Certification with 30 days of hire.
