Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Kids Hospitality Host / Child Experience Attendant, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role involves welcoming children and families, ensuring their comfort and safety, and delivering a high standard of hospitality and care.
Key responsibilities
include facilitating age-appropriate activities, supervising children during play, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the space, and providing support in food and beverage services.
The role also involves managing parent inquiries and ensuring their trust and satisfaction while promoting a positive and engaging environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with children and families
- Experience in Training and supervising activities to ensure safety and enjoyment
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards to assist in providing a refined hospitality experience
- Sales skills to promote services and engage with families regarding their preferences
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- Experience in child care, education, or hospitality-related fields is preferred
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly beneficial
