Position summary

Guest service and dining room

• Greet guests, determine party size, and seat them at clean, available tables.
• Provide menus, guide guests through dining rooms, and assist as needed.
• Arrange seating and tables for groups with special needs.
• Ensure place settings have clean silverware, napkins, and standard items.
• Keep menus clean, current, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
• Maintain work-area cleanliness and monitor seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Standards and teamwork

• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance; protect confidential information and company assets.
• Welcome guests, communicate professionally, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to colleagues' concerns.
• Meet quality expectations and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred qualifications and physical duties

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified as necessary; no license or certification is specified.
• The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Workplace and schedule

• The role is full time and not remote, at The St. Regis Residence, Marsa Arabia Island, Doha, Qatar.
