Job Summary
The Hospitality Sales Executive is responsible for driving room revenue growth by acquiring new corporate accounts, travel agencies, relocation companies, and long-stay partners, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, enhancing average daily rate (ADR), and strengthening the hotel’s market presence across Saudi Arabia.
1. Sales & Business Development

Actively promote and sell room inventory to corporate clients, embassies, NGOs, hospitals, universities, airlines, and long-stay guests.
3.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and site visits.
4.
Develop and negotiate corporate rate agreements and long-stay contracts.
5.
Conduct hotel presentations and property tours for prospective clients.
6.
Negotiate contracts within approved pricing and company guidelines.
7.
Account Management.
8.
Manage and grow existing corporate and agency accounts.
9.
Maintain regular follow-ups and strong relationships with key partners.
10.
Monitor account production and performance.
11.
Reactivate inactive accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
12. Revenue Optimization
13.
Coordinate closely with Reservations and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
14.
Support seasonal promotions, campaigns, and special offers.
15.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
16.
Assist in implementing rate and sales strategies.
17. Reporting & CRM
18.
Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database.
19.
Submit weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
20.
Track conversion ratios, booking sources, and sales performance metrics.
Job Requirements
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or B2B sales.
3.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
4.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5.
Experience
using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
6.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
7.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
8.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
9.
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia when required.
10.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
