Qualifications
- Essential: Customer service or hospitality experience. Warm, professional and confident with guests. Good attention to detail and personal presentation. Able to work calmly in a busy environment. Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Hospitality Service
- Set up, serve and clear food and drinks for meetings, events and hospitality requests.
- Check booking details and ensure each service is complete, accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness and guest service.
- Keep meeting rooms, pantries and hospitality areas clean, stocked and ready for use.
- Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and meeting organisers in a warm, professional and discreet manner.
- Respond to straightforward requests promptly and communicate clearly.
- Check that organisers are satisfied with the set-up and service.
- Escalate service issues, special requests or complaints to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Events Support
- Support the preparation and delivery of workplace events and functions.
- Complete room set-ups, pre-service checks, clear-downs and resets.
- Work flexibly with colleagues during busy services and events.
