Main Duties
- Supervise daily hospital operations across departments (clinical and non-clinical)
- Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge
- Monitor staff performance and assign daily duties
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and administrative teams
- Handle patient concerns and operational issues
- Ensure hospital policies, safety, and quality standards are followed
- Support scheduling of staff and operational resources
- Prepare daily reports on hospital operations
- Assist in improving service efficiency and patient experience
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and procedures
- Pay: From QAR14,000.00 per month
