We're Hiring: Home Service Coordinator
Join our growing team in the Facilities Management industry.
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Home Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across our residential and holiday home properties.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Receive and manage maintenance and service requests from tenants, guests, and property owners
✔ Coordinate and schedule technicians, contractors, and service providers efficiently
✔ Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
✔ Communicate with clients regarding service updates, appointments, and job completion
✔ Prepare quotations, service reports, and maintenance records
✔ Coordinate emergency and urgent maintenance requests when required
✔ Ensure all service requests are logged accurately in the system
✔ Follow up on completed jobs and obtain customer feedback
✔ Maintain service schedules and technician allocation plans
✔ Support the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
🔹 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field
🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, facilities management, or property management
🔹 Experience in Facilities Management, Holiday Homes, or Hospitality is preferred
🔹 Strong customer service and communication skills
🔹 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests simultaneously
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
🔹 Knowledge of maintenance processes and work order systems is an advantage
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
