About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and patient needs.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility Letter.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Homecare experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
