Overview
Wellxa is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Home Care Registered Nurse** to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a home care setting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized clinical care while maintaining professional standards and patient dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans
- Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient condition, and document findings accurately
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control policies, and company protocols
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care coordinators, and the multidisciplinary team
- Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in clinical condition
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid **DHA Registered Nurse license** (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum **1–2 years of clinical nursing experience** (home care experience is an advantage)
- Strong clinical, assessment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable)
