Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Holiday Homes Operations Supervisor** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes portfolio.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high property standards, and effectively coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations while leading the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of holiday home properties.
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest experience.
- Lead and manage housekeeping, maintenance, and operations staff.
- Ensure all properties meet company quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor property readiness and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and quality checks.
- Manage team schedules and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with online booking platforms and internal reservations teams.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE holiday homes regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in **Hospitality Management**, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Property Management in the UAE.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of holiday home operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
