Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Operations Team Leader** to manage the day-to-day operations of our Holiday Homes portfolio.
The successful candidate will lead the operations team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain property standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of Holiday Homes properties.
- Ensure smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and property readiness.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Holiday Homes regulations and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE experience in Holiday Homes or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant operations experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- **Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.** Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
