🚨 Hiring: Security Dispatcher – Arlington, TX

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and report operational matters in real time to SOC leadership and senior management.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to customer service inquiries.
• Manage emergency and non-emergency calls, emails, work orders, and other communications.
• Prioritize and process incoming information according to established procedures.
• Maintain and review security officer schedules.
• Assist with supervision, payroll, training, coaching, and development of security personnel.
• Respond appropriately to escalated security issues and emergency situations.
• Coordinate emergency incidents with the security team and external emergency personnel.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Participate in security training and scenario-based drills.
• Follow emergency and general SOC protocols.
• Prepare daily shift reports, detailed shift pass-downs, and incident reports.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual SOC statistical data.
• Perform additional SOC projects and duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• At least 2 years of security officer or customer service experience.
• Heavy-volume call center and/or dispatch experience preferred.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Texas security license, including required state training.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must maintain a reliable telephone number for employment-related communication.
