Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Monitor security systems and surveillance equipment to identify suspicious activity and potential security risks.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities through detailed and accurate reporting.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
• Conduct routine patrols to maintain the safety and security of the premises.
• Manage access control procedures and verify visitor credentials.
• Evaluate security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders during critical incidents.
• Protect personnel, visitors, and property by maintaining a secure environment. Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Previous Retail Security experience preferred
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Pay and Benefits of Security Officers:
