Overview
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across blue-collar, white-collar, and technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities
