Key Responsibilities
Maintain and control company documents, records, and correspondence
Generate reports, dashboards, and management summaries
Analyze and present data using charts and graphical reports
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance standards
Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents
Experience
in Facilities Management, Construction, Contracting, Engineering, or Property Management will be an added advantage.
