Role Overview
Assist the team primarily with waterproofing work and develop practical skills for a long-term construction career.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with waterproofing work.
- Prepare and clean surfaces before waterproofing applications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Learn waterproofing techniques and other technical skills from experienced team members.
Requirements
- Previous construction or waterproofing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable; physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
