Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Healthcare Technology Manager** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology and management, with a passion for improving healthcare delivery through the use of advanced technologies.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the future of healthcare in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all healthcare technology initiatives within the company, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of healthcare technology systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve existing technology infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and implement new technologies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, particularly in terms of data security and patient privacy.
- Provide training and support for healthcare staff on new technology implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare technology trends and innovations to advise on best practices and future technology adoptions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and related technologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams and overseeing technology projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare technology systems implementation in a Middle Eastern context.
- Familiarity with relevant health regulations and compliance requirements in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Experience working with cloud-based healthcare solutions and data management.
