A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Medical Sales & Key Account Specialist to develop strategic partnerships and manage key healthcare accounts across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare business development, or key account management.
- Previous experience dealing with hospitals, medical centers, clinics, healthcare providers, or insurance companies is mandatory.
- Strong existing network and professional relationships within the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in contracting, negotiations, account management, and business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Only candidates with healthcare industry experience and established relationships with hospitals and medical centers will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Manage strategic accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Represent the organization in meetings and healthcare events.
