- Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop KPIs, business definitions, and analytical datasets
- Analyze healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and RCM processes
- Perform data profiling, validation, and exploratory analysis
- Build data transformation pipelines and reporting layers
- Support executive reporting and healthcare intelligence programs
Required Skills
- SQL, Python and/or R
- Microsoft Fabric
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Clinical, Operational, and Financial Analytics
- Insurance Authorization and Claims Lifecycle
- ICD, CPT, and DRG Knowledge

Candidates must have hands-on healthcare analytics experience and the ability to independently convert business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
