Hse Manager (Oil & Gas)
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance in Oil & Gas project, manage safety systems, support tender documentation, and lead safety training
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Prepare and review HSE documentation for tenders and proposals
- Conduct safety inductions, orientations, and training sessions
- Create and deliver HSE presentations, reports, and slides
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO, OSHA)
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / HSE or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in HSE within Oil & Gas industry
- Strong experience in tender documentation and HSE reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certifications
- Experience in EPC / construction projects
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards
