Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in ERP Implementation or ERP Support
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.
- Experience in user training, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Manage data migration, UAT, and system integration activities
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation
- Provide ongoing ERP support and process improvement recommendations
