Leads the service team and supports exceptional guest experiences through attentive, professional, personalized service.
Acts as a key contact between management and the service team and supports the Floor Supervisor with smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead floor service and monitor service flow, guest interactions, and team performance.
- Anticipate guest needs, manage requests, resolve concerns, and provide personalized service.
- Supervise, motivate, onboard, and train service team members.
- Manage orders and POS operation and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, including special requests, VIP preferences, and dietary requirements.
- Oversee floor, table, and service-station setup, cleanliness, presentation, and supplies.
- Maintain food and beverage knowledge and encourage upselling of menu items, drinks, and premium services.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of high-end restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, guest relations, POS systems, and luxury hospitality practices.
- Strong attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence; professional appearance, positive attitude, and responsibility.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
