Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for the role of Head Waiter. The Head Waiter will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising restaurant staff, managing table assignments, addressing guest needs, handling special requests, and supporting the team to deliver seamless dining experiences. Additionally, the role requires coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Basic understanding of Cooking and familiarity with food preparation processes is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and coordinate service seamlessly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• 5 years minimum experience
