Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company's end-to-end recruitment strategy across all business functions, including restaurant operations, central kitchen, supply chain, corporate functions, and leadership hiring.

The role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-caliber talent while supporting business growth, new store openings, succession planning, and workforce optimization.

The position combines strategic workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment excellence, and high-volume hiring capabilities to build a sustainable talent pipeline across all levels of the organization.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute the annual talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
  • Build recruitment plans for existing support functions, head office, operations, new store openings, seasonal peaks, and growth initiatives.
  • Establish workforce forecasting processes in partnership with Operations, Finance, and HR Business Partners.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Customize recruitment experiences to match brands criteria, feel, and direction

Organizational Development and Workforce Planning

  • Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives aligned with business growth and expansion plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and manpower requirements across functions.
  • Develop annual and quarterly hiring plans based on approved manpower budgets, expansion schedules, and business priorities.
  • Monitor workforce trends, vacancy levels, and turnover patterns to proactively identify future hiring requirements.
  • Contribute to organizational restructuring and organization structure revision, role design, and headcount planning exercises.
  • Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and role profiles to support workforce effectiveness.

Store Operations & Restaurant Hiring

  • Lead recruitment activities across all restaurant brands and locations.
  • Manage hiring for all operations positions including and not limited to:
  • *o Restaurant Managers*

*o Assistant Restaurant Managers*

  • *o Shift Managers*
  • *o Supervisors*
  • *o Team Leaders*
  • *o Cashiers*
  • *o Waiters/Waitresses*
  • *o Baristas*
  • *o Kitchen Crew*
  • *o Chefs and Sous Chefs*
  • *o Delivery and support roles*
  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns and assessment centers.
  • Ensure stores maintain approved manpower levels and recruitment turnaround times.
  • Build talent pools for future openings and replacement needs.
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment campaigns and ensure proper execution

Corporate Hiring

  • Lead recruitment for Head office and all senior and executive positions including but not limited to

New Store Openings

  • Develop manpower mobilization plans for new store launches.
  • Build recruitment timelines and hiring schedules.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Learning teams to ensure workforce readiness.
  • Manage mass hiring events, assessment centers, and open days.
  • Ensure all positions are filled within opening timelines.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Develop and strengthen the company's employer value proposition.
  • Partner with Marketing to promote the employer brand.
  • Build relationships with universities, hospitality schools, and recruitment partners.
  • Manage social media recruitment campaigns and career events.
  • Enhance candidate experience through the hiring journey

Leadership and Executive Recruitment

  • Lead hiring for senior operational and corporate positions.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking.
  • Build succession pipelines for critical leadership roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify future talent needs.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on:
  • *o Source Effectiveness*

*o Offer Acceptance Rate*

*o Quality of Hire*

*o New Hire Retention*

*o Recruitment Funnel conversion rate*

*o Store Vacancy List*

  • *o Diversity Matrix*
  • Provide monthly and quarterly talent acquisition dashboards to senior leadership.

Process Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and agency partnerships.
  • Oversee ATS utilization and recruitment systems.
  • Standardize interview and assessment practices.
  • Standardize interviews matrix and recruitment DOAs
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and inclusive hiring decisions.

People Leadership and Team Structuring

  • Develop the TA structure and ensure the hiring of a full team to ensure service excellence within the TA function
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Establish recruiter productivity and service-level standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and capability development.
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-focused recruitment culture

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are advantageous.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail, QSR, or multi-site operations.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand and multi-location operations.
  • Experience in overseas and mass recruitment campaigns is preferred.
