Position Title: Head of Social Media & Content

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social Media & Content to lead the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple brands and industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency management, content creation, digital marketing, and brand development, with the ability to oversee end-to-end content production and drive measurable results across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
  • Lead content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign execution across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate and oversee photo shoots, video productions, and content creation projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external partners to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide social media executives, content creators, and creative teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands and social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of content production, including photography, videography, and creative development.
  • Experience managing influencers, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, and social media reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective strategies.
